Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst – Investment Banking recruitment
The position will be providing 1st and 2nd line Trading Floor IT Support covering Desktop PCs, MDS, Voice, Networks and Trading Floor Systems / Applications, as well as performing desk moves and maintain a constant level of support across the whole trading floor.
There will also be the opportunity to plan, test, and implement upgrades to the trading floor technologies when requested by the line management and perform duties as and when they are assigned by the line management.
The successful candidate will have solid trading floor support experience within an investment banking environment, and a proven history using Microsoft technologies and market data services.
A strong understanding of active directory administration and desktop PC hardware support are also necessary for this permanent position.
