Senior Trader/Dealer recruitment
Overview
Manage flows in Interest Rate derivatives and Asian currencies with a particular focus on Interest Rate Swaps. Manage flows generated via clients. The function will be required to price and trade in all interest rate derivatives exchange traded derivatives. The trader will be responsible for allotted currencies and be responsible for generating revenue and provide competitive pricing for the various sales functions.
Responsibilities
- Generate trading profit by transacting interest rate derivatives
- Provide competitive IRS quotations to treasury sales team and other departments
- Work with IT department to enhance pricing and trading systems
- Involve in new product development process through interaction with various parties
- Work with the sales team to create business opportunities via trade ideas / execution of pricing requests timely and competitively
To Qualify:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in trading
- Solid knowledge on interest rate derivatives and treasury operation
- Strong track record of trading profit
- Able to make quotation to client for various IR derivatives products
- Hands-on experience in treasury and risk management systems
- Good understanding of local markets
