The Commercial Card Business within JPMorgan Chase has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Improvement Manager Senior.  This individual will lead the team that is responsible for ensuring that our Commercial Card employees have the knowledge, skills, and information they need to provide world class service to our customers.
 
The Performance Improvement Manager Senior will be responsible for building out all channels which our employees rely on for the knowledge and information they need to serve our customers.  These channels include New Hire Training, Change Training, the Intranet Knowledge Repository, the Procedure Repository, and other channels which you are creative enough to identify and develop.
 
The Performance Improvement Manager Senior will lead and manage 7 Instructional Designers.  Each designer will be responsible for a unique operational function within the Business.  You will be challenged to create a culture where each designer has the freedom to creatively meet the needs of their internal customer while maintaining a level of consistency across the business.
 
As a member of the Operational Leadership Team you will be responsible for understanding the organization's vision and strategic plan, and finding ways that your team can help execute the strategic plan.
