Senior Training Developer (SAP or Supply Chain) Job in Toronto/Gta, Ontario Canada

Our client is currently looking to build the internal training resources to support the many projects underway within the organization.
We are seeking Senior Training Developers with specific experience in the SAP or Supply Chain space.
Responsibilities
The Training Developer will partner with the business to develop training material, training strategies and programs. Responsibilities include:
- Developing course outlines and all related student guides, exercise guides, quick reference guides, appendix items needed.
- Ensuring the instructional integrity of training documentation by adherence to company development standards.
- Piloting training sessions (facilitator and/or observer for changes in content).
- Identifying exercise scenarios in conjunction with Course Owners.
- Identifying and ensuring that data load requirements are met for the training database
- assist in loading of data into the training database.
- Reporting course development status to the business.
- Communicating project related issues to the business.
Requirements
For the SAP and Supply Chain roles, we will be evaluating strengths in the following areas:
- PO/STO, processing including ASN
- IDOC/ALE, Batch Job Error Handling, Output Processing, Spool
- Inbound and Outbound Deliveries processing from DC to retail sites, and customers
- Retail experience in SAP Allocation functionality and Collective PO
- Retail experience with SAP Article Requirements planning
- Experience in creating and adjusting master data
- Sales Order Processing
- Billing
- Work independently, troubleshoot, changing environment, multi-task, adjust to changing priorities
- Disciplined in tracking time
- SAP Merchandising for Pricing and Promotions experience
- Knowledge of SAP Merchandising Retail version an asset
- Knowledge of uPerform an asset
