Senior Transaction Manager (Capital Markets Lawyer)
Our client, an international financial services organisation, is recruiting for a Senior Transaction Manager to join their team.
This role will suit a lawyer with a background in structured finance or capital markets. Familiarity with deal documentation relating to securitisation, complex capital markets, master trusts or covered bonds is essential.
The successful candidate will join a team of 31 (between London and Dublin). Many of the team members come from a legal background.
