Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading Investment Management house, is seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager to work within their team. The Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager works within the Investment Operations team and reports directly to the Head of Global Supplier Management. The team are ultimately responsible for managing relationships with a number of suppliers. The Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager works in partnership with representatives from the suppliers as well as key internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities of the Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager:
- Oversee overall performance from outsource supplier
- Ensure effective working relationships with outsource supplier
- Chair / facilitate and attend regular service reviews, senior management meetings and internal reviews
- Maintain good relationships with outsource suppliers, institutional client base and key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure processes and procedures comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and that procedures and processes are carried out in a controlled environment
- Set Service Level Agreements monitor Key Performance Indicators from outsource supplier / trend analysis of service
- Work with internal contacts and outsource supplier to plan changes (both regulatory and business driven) including upgrades and product development
- Produce board papers
Background of the Senior Transfer Agency Relationship Manager:
- Experience working directly within investments or overseeing an investment provider
- Solid knowledge of the investment process
- Extensive experience working directly within Transfer Agency or Third Party Administration oversight
- Extensive experience working within a relationship management capacity
- Experience working within a business change or project management capacity
