Senior Transitions Project Manager | Securities Operations (Investor Services) recruitment

Our client is a long established global leader in the international financial services industry with plans to build a significant presence in Krakow.

The successful individual will function in an active and influential advisory role to the Operations Management Team(s) in the transitioning of assigned activities from selected global locations to the newly established operation in Krakow.

The company offers investor services to some of the worlds most sophisticated individuals and institutions  including custody, depository / trustee, fund and institutional portfolio administration services and transfer agent services.

Applicants for this Transitions Manager role should hold a Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics and / or a recognized Accountancy Qualification with at least 10 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance / Outsourcing service industries and a minimum of 5 years’ in transition project management with a detailed understanding of the application of Transition Processes.

The Transitions Manager will have full ownership for the transition of workflow and business processes to Krakow from other locations, project managing all aspects of the transition program, including process migration, business centre set-up and IT implementation for individual lines of business.

Previous work experience with offshore processes in the Investment Banking domain and / or project management roles servicing global banking / financial markets incorporating business process transition,  business transformation or similar will be advantageous.
