Position Description:

Reporting to the Treasurer, the Senior Treasury Manager will be part of a small but dedicated treasury team responsible for all areas of treasury. The team is responsible for overseeing $2B cash and investment portfolio, managing the company’s foreign currency exposures, managing the company’s counter party credit risk, and identifying the company’s liquidity needs and optimum capital structure. Additional responsibilities include risk management which involves working with insurance brokers, foreign controllers, and working with the company’s operations team to indentify and implement risk improvement objectives.

1. Establish monthly and quarterly benchmarking metrics for treasury function
2. Prepare quarterly counter party credit reports and identify areas of risk to monitor
3. Reconcile investment accounts and prepare required disclosures for 10-Q and 10K
4. Lead the risk management program which includes selecting insurance broker, identifying risk exposures and risk tolerance levels, and recommending optimum insurance program
5. Assist team in monitoring investment portfolio, identifying compliance issues and recommending investments strategies, including the monitoring of its ARS portfolio
6. Work with treasury team and foreign controllers to provide enhanced cash forecasting, determine excess operating cash, identify foreign currency exposures and recommend hedge strategies consistent with identified objectives
7. Provide backup capabilities to other treasury managers and be an integral part of a small but cohesive team

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess strong communication skills, sharp analytical skills, and hands-on mentality for driving results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years experience within the finance and treasury fields. The candidate must have experience in fixed income investing, daily cash management and foreign currency hedging experience. Individuals need to be highly motivated and capable of identifying and driving long-term treasury strategies.

BS in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA, or CTP a plus.
