Senior Trust Officer: US Private Bank
My client is a well respected US Private Bank with a strong Trust department. Working out of their office in Los Angeles County they are now looking for a senior investment management and trust professional to join their team covering the local market.
In this role a suitable candidate will be responsible for generating repetitive fee income through investment management sales, as well as providing profitable cross-sell opportunities to any other area’s of the bank’s coverage.
Main Core Competencies:
- Meeting and exceeding the needs of both internal and external clients.
- Taking ownership of projects, tasks, and client relationships and delivering on all tasks and obligations.
- Working as a productive team member, finding the root of all problems with the interest of the firm at the forefront.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Technical expertise in a multi asset class suite of products, with a preference for background in equity and fixed-income securities as a preference.
- A strong network of clients in the local Los Angeles or Southern California Region. Suitable candidates do not have to have a transferrable book of clients, but rather a good grounding and accessible network.
Successful applicants will join a rapidly expanding bank in a strong local team. My client already has a dominant position in the local market, and so the right candidates who can bring added value will be rewarded generously for their tacit knowledge, including a competitive base salary and formulaic bonus.
Successful candidates will join the team in the midst of a growth phase and will report directly in to the SVP for the location.
