PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an UI/UX Developer to be part of our Business Analytics Technologies (BAT) group working on our Spend Performance Management product - which helps our customers analyze complex multidimensional information in real-time with SAP’s In-Memory technology. The product has an intuitive UI based on Web 2.0 principles that provides a compelling User Experience (UX), scalability and performance.
You will be responsible for the User Experience research, planning, design and assessment of the applications UI. You will collaborate with teams in USA, Bangalore, India, Walldorf, Germany, Paris, France, and Shanghai, China

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 6+ year experience in designing and developing software applications
• Passion for creating great experiences.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• 7 yrs + Bachelor's or Master's + 5 yrs experience
• Development using front-end tools: HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS
• Experience working with Adobe Flex
• Knowledge of Silverlight or RIA
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus
• Demonstrated customer-focused experience
• Excellent influencing skills at all levels of an organization
• Background in unit testing and using QUnit a plus
