Infrastructure and Shared Services Technology Lead - SVP
Our client is a global leading banking institution with a large presence in APAC andSingapore. They are seeking to hire an outstanding Infrastructure and Shared Services Technology Lead within their Trade and Cash Organisation.
The key product areas cover Working Capital Solutions Receivables which includes payment, cards, liquidity and Investments and Channel Services; and Trade Service and Supply Chain Finance including Trade Services, Trade Finance and Export Agency Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and operating mission-critical shared technology components (Data Warehouse, Financial Messaging, Enterprise Services Buss) that support theAsiaregional and global TTS businesses
- Manage a geographically distributed technology group, including hiring, developing and retaining talent
- Manage financials in excess of ten million and above and compliance functions for group
- Manage the relationship with the Technology Infrastructure function acrossAsia
- Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders (global shared services technology teams, product aligned technology teams, external vendors)
- Responsible for end-to-end software development lifecycle, including functional and non-functional aspects for the shared services components
Responsible for all aspects of service management for the shared services components (service level, incident and problem, capacity, change, configuration management)
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in enterprise-scale, mission-critical IT
- 3rd level degree, preferably in a technical domain
- Experience in operating in large-scale, globally distributed organizations
- Proven track record of delivering large scale projects with a focus on quality and operational excellence
- Hands-on Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle experience
- Solid understanding of technology infrastructure and enterprise-scale technology architecture
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Financial Services Experience is a big plus
