Senior Vice President – Fund Services recruitment
The SVP will have operational responsibility for the Fund Accounting and Valuations and Investor Services teams in Dubai. In addition to managing the operation of a team and reviewing net asset value calculations, the successful candidate will participate in new business development, marketing, risk reporting and budget preparation and analysis. He / she will also be involved in ad hoc projects and represent the Firm at various industry association events.
The successful candidate will be a graduate with an excellent academic background, a professional accounting designation with at least 8 years post qualification experience and 4 years relevant experience in investment funds, specifically within Fund Adminsitration and Investor Services.
Experience of private equity and hedge fund structures would be an advantage. He / she will be expected to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Preference will also be given to candidates who have direct experience working with industry leading accounting software systems (including Advent Geneva and Paladyne Systems) and those candidates with experience working in the Middle East.
