Senior Vice President, Investment Banker, South Region recruitment
Looking for:
An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic investment banking team with global exposure to the world. This is a PRC coverage banker role with the goal to grow the franchise of the South region helping clients to meet their financial and strategic problems. This is a dynamic environment where this seasoned banker is expected to possess quality traits such as time management, people skills and problem solving skills. While working independently, strong numbers sense and analytical thinking will be critical along with strong command of Mandarin and English language ability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- the banking structure is organised to bring their expertise to a diversified range of products and services
- ability to customise solution for every client - reaching out to both developed and emerging industries in the South region, examples are corporate clients, pension funds, financial sponsors and governments
- offering clients with the best and most innovative financing in accordance to the client's risk appetite thru equity, fixed income and derivatives, ECM/DCM, MA
Qualifications:
- degree and master from an ivy league institution. CFA a must have with strong understanding of Chinese GAAP and IFRS
- over 13 years of investment banking experience in the Greater China region, specific focus on A shares
- strong Chinese Securities regulations understanding
- Mandarin language a must have with strong command of English
