The Mergers Acquisitions team within Macquarie Capital in NY is looking for individuals with either 8+ years of investment banking experience post undergrad or 5+ years experience post MBA.
The successful candidate will:
- 8+ years of investment banking experience post undergrad or 5+ years experience post MBA.
- Extensive experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
- Have excellent written and oral communication abilities and the ability to work with those at all levels
- Have experience leading MA transaction deal execution
- Be able to work closely and directly with clients as the most senior banking team representative
- Have strong time management skills
- Have a hard-working, can-do attitude
- Be able to work in an open, fast-paced environment
- Be able to effectively juggle multiple, competing priorities
- Be ambitious, motivated, entrepreneurial and have the desire to succeed
