Essential Duties:
- Establish a strategic direction and plan to aggressively pursue
customer relationships that support long-term partnerships.
- This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills having developed a solid network of business relationships and contacts at high corporate levels
- Must be able to provide entrepreneurial leadership that develops opportunities that lead to new products, services and markets.
- Oversee the promotion of products manufactured or services performed.
- Provide strong, ongoing financial management, insure fiscal soundness in all areas, including revenue generated by sales, expenses, costs, margins, overhead, inventory management, cash flow, etc.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree preferred in business-related/marketing area and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in a senior leadership position with retail or service organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
-Ability to write speeches and articles for publications that conform to prescribed style and format.
-Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and our Board of Directors.
