This specialist asset manager focuses on providing equity and making equity investments in small cap and micro cap companies. Focusing on the Asia Pacific region this fund allows its investees to obtain the right capital structure to reach its business objectives and allows its investors a high yield, stable investment.
Supported by a US head office your responsibilities will include using market relationships, local investment banks and internal leads to approach target companies to discuss their capital structure with a view to making an investment; Analysing and qualifying target clients; Originating and executing capital transactions for target companies as well as maintaining relationships with current clients in the fund.
Candidates will have roughly 6-12 years of experience within ECM origination and most recently with a focus on small cap clients across any sector, although they have been active across the resources sector in recent years. You must also be a proactive self starter who revels in successfully closing mandates.
