Senior VP – Treasury / Balance Sheet Risk SINGAPORE recruitment

 This global bank keeps growing and is looking for an individual who wants to join the best within their Balance Sheet Risk Methodology area

The team are looking for an ambitious leader that would like to take the next step in their career and join a business that will give them genuine long term capacity to grow to a moresenior level.

The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and maintain balance sheet risk modeling. Behavioural modeling is needed where clients or the bank have an option to vary cashflows, including managed interest rate, on assets and liabilities in the banking book.

Duties include:

- Develop, implement and review the behavioural balance sheet methodologies and practices in fermat in relation to cashflow liquidity and interest rate risk

- Work with the Consumer and wholesale bank and finance to ensure behavioural risk methodologys reflect and support pricing and market dynamics. 

- Provide leadership, coordination and training 

- Maintain FTP policy at group level

- Represent the group in key stakeholder meetings

- Drive user acceptance testing functionality is developed

- Implementation of behavioural risk methodologys 

- Acting as a business partner to key stakeholders

- Review and implement changes and improvements to balance sheet risk methodologies.

- Working closely with the managing dircetor of balance sheet methodology and assuming his functions when absent

To be considered for this position you will ideally have come from a background in balance sheet risk methodology / treasury within financial services. The package on offer is negotiable but will be between $200 - $250k SING plus car allowance plus pension and an on target bonus of $150k SING. Relocation package is negotiable. Sponsorship (employment pass) to be arranged through the bank.
