Senior Walmart Replenishment Analyst

·        Analyze Walmart/Sam’s forecast data, sales trends and current store inventory levels to develop replenishment strategies.  Monitor and manage store in-stock levels and store forecasts using Wal-Mart Retail Link CPFR tool, DSS (Decision Support System), and DPF (Dynamic Policy Files).  Compare aggregate item forecasts, identify exceptions and collaborate with Walmart/Sam’s Replenishment Manager.  Generate and review Walmart/Sam’s store level forecasts to understand how sales trends, projections and/or shipping (ordering) patterns will affect future demand and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

·        Research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to correct and improve in-stock levels at store.  Identify issues in the replenishment process and develop strategies to correct issues.  Monitor and manage inventory levels in Walmart distribution centers to ensure quantities ordered are within budget. Research and trouble-shoot DC outs, Potential Outs, and DC aged inventory.

·        Collaborate with Walmart replenishment manager to review key performance indicators, identification of issues and plans for resolution.  Partner with Walmart replenishment manager to meet inventory and service level goals and recommend/implement changes to the Inforem replenishment system. 

·        Coordinate and lead quarterly meetings with Walmart/Sam’s replenishment managers and MJN account team.

·        Demonstrate strong computer software utilization skills, especially with spreadsheets, presentations, data retrieval and analysis.  Demonstrate proficiency in SAP OTC system. Proactively identify and communicate computer inefficiencies and/or enhancements to RCO management.

·        Write orders as needed for increased demand situations i.e., WIC transitions, new items, promotions, hurricane, etc.  Demonstrate proficiency in handling, accuracy and timeliness of order processing in a market of zero tolerance for substandard order quantity.

·        Drive improvement in key customer performance metrics such as, order fill rate, on-time delivery, service (i.e., in stock at shelf), returns, and inventory levels vs. Walmart budget.  Track and report these key metrics on a regular basis.  Manage Walmart Supply Chain Reliability metric to meet Walmart goals and to avoid financial penalty.

·        Play integral role in the business planning process for Walmart/Sam’s working with Walmart/Sam’s personnel as well as with the MJN Walmart account team.

·        Lead a team of Sr. Retail Operations Specialists to deliver superior customer service.

·        Continuously review performance of team, monitor the achievement of performance targets and hold self and team accountable for performance, behavior and results.  Provide feedback and developmental and training opportunities to team.

·        Model professionalism in working with diverse and large groups in a fast-paced environment.

·        Adaptable to change in the dynamic customer environment.  Possess the skills to carry out continuously changing cross-departmental initiatives.

·        Effectively foster and develop open and direct communication and relationships with customers and stakeholders to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations and metrics.

·        Demonstrate high degree of independence, requiring minimal supervision from management and may have responsibility for specialty functions or projects.

Job Requirements:

·        Associates Degree required along with 5+ years in customer service and sales support.

·        Experience with Walmart Retail Link reporting system and CPFR.

·        Thorough working knowledge of SAP Order to Cash System.

·        Experience working in BOBJ/Data warehouse, Excel, Power Point, Access, Word.

·        Understanding of retail performance metrics, replenishment strategies, and a basic knowledge of inventory management.

·        Two to three years strong analytical and organizational experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and objectives.

·        Experience in leading, supervising, and motivating in a team setting.

·        High level understanding of warehousing, traffic, and inventory relative to order processing, distribution and delivery of orders.

·        Overall knowledge of MJN products and organizational structure.

·        Experience in a team environment as well as the ability to work autonomously.

·        Experience contributing to and/or managing special projects including those that require multiple skills.

·        Demonstrated ability to effectively complete all assigned daily tasks in a high-pressure environment.

·        Superior customer service skills and empathetic customer communication approach.

·        Completion of APICs CPIM certification is desired.
