Opportunity Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our municipal water and wastewater project teams based in Pasadena, CA. This role requires a strong technical background in the design, engineering and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and pipelines. The successful candidate will be a valued technical resource to project staff on evaluation, engineering and construction issues and a mentor to staff members in developing their technical and management capabilities. As such you will provide both technical and business development leadership, direction, and management to assure, not only the successful completion of our existing water and wastewater projects, but also secure new programs with municipal clientele. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development, management and financial success of our innovative treatment solutions. You will also be Parsons primary point of contact with several municipal clients and help facilitate new client relationships by assisting in the development and presentation of proposals to key and strategic municipalities. Your expertise in the technical and business execution of all phases of the project life cycle, including planning, evaluation/study, detailed design, bid, and construction will be keys to your success.
