Senior Web B2C Product Manager  

Key Responsibilities:

 

Desired Skills Experience 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
  2. 5+ years Business-to-Consumer online retail store-front management and online marketing/e-merchandising experience
    Experience managing a revenue-generating online product or online store
  3. Experience designing or implementing experiments that yield improvements in key metrics such as conversion rate and revenue.
  4. Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics.
  5. Experience/knowledge of SEO
  6. Knowledge of basic fundamentals of financial analysis and building pro formas 
  7. Strong Project Management skills and ability to complete projects on time 
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate analytic data into strategy
  9. Superior communication skills, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented
  10. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a cross-functional team
  11. Experience in client services and working with multiple, sometimes conflicting, stakeholders 
  12. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment  manage multiple projects/work streams simultaneously
