You are the perfect candidate if you have: 5+ years of experience in web or visual design,; ability to manage design workflow process from architecture through prototyping and launch; have worked extensively with Photoshop, Illustrator and CMS (Drupal ideal); you are outgoing and passionate about user experience and creating beautiful designs that transform into websites and applications that people love to use.
