We are a growing, highly specialized team which develops a set of next-generation client-side software features for Nokia Maps (mobile and desktop) We are looking for an experienced Software Developer specialising in Front-end development using the latest technologies
Your technical skills are;
- Comprehensive expertise in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 and other modern web standards
- Extensive commercial experience developing web user interfaces for consumer services and applications
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented software engineering and programming languages (e.g. C++ or Java) is advantageous
- Working knowledge of WebGL and OpenGL is highly advantageous
- Background in games development, 3D rendering or other performance intensive visualization is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with Agile development, using appropriate tools and techniques
- Experience developing software with high performance and scalability
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree
- Highly collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
