Currently, our Startup Company is looking for an absolute Rockstar Software/Application Developer to join our team full time.
Our new platform is a Webinar Software that is a modern approach to communications and we are looking for a ROCKSTAR Developer to join our team and work with us to connect and relay the fastest most comprehensive approach to communications online.
This is a full time position working with DEMIO and our Development team to come in, contribute and start right away.
We will have no limit on hours over 40 hours/week and are looking for someone hungry and dedicated to working and delivering the best results.

You will be required to be on daily and working within our project management softwares (Slack and Trello), but can work from anywhere as long as you have a solid internet connection and reliable voice chat for meetings.
You will need to be able to problem solve on your own.
That means a full understanding of the specifications, project, and vision. You will NOT be micro-managed. If you can not handle working without supervision, this is NOT for you.
Attention to detail is a must.
You need to be able to hit deadlines on time, have great team communication, and absolute reliability to be on during working hours.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Has a SUPERIOR and EXPERT knowledge of Air, Flex, NodeJS
- Has EXPERT knowledge of server side: Wowza Media Streaming, Ubuntu, Redis, MySql, Memcache, MongoDB
- Knowledge in Restful API architecture
- Is able to cleanly write code and stands by their work 1000%
