Senior/Lead Associate recruitment
Our client, a leading financial services company, currently seeks a Senior/Lead Associate, to be based in London
The Senior/Lead Associate will be part of the FA Transformation team, and will be responsible for:
-Support the Engagement Manager in planning engagements, and adhering to engagement delivery requirements
-Prepare high quality deliverables
-Effectively guide junior team of project consultants and report to a the Engagement Manager
-Execute project tasks and coordinate with junior team efforts
As such, the successful Senior/Lead Associate will have the following skills and experience:
-3-5 years of accounting advisory experience in the following areas:
-IFRS conversions and implementations
-Strong IFRS and UK GAAP literature knowledge
-Statutory / Internal audits
-Financial Reporting / Controllership
-GAAP advisory engagements
-Experience in Insurance industry is essential
-ACA or equivalent qualification
-Prior experience in Big4 Audit firms (preferred)
