An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading global Investment Management house………

The overall scope of your role will include identifying potential process improvement opportunities, and participate in the development of new processes and best practices for the Operational Change and Enterprise Project Support office. There will be a requirement to establish Program Processes and Controls (Integrated Program Planning, Financial Management, Risks Tracking, Issues Tracking, Decision Tracking, Change Control Management, Project Tracking, Measurement and Reporting).

Your role will encompass the following:

Lead the Program Management Office team in following best practices for the preparation of program status reports
Assess project streams in crisis and provide recommendations to put them back on track
Identify project progress variance and areas of concern, including recommendations for change
Develop and manage the Integrated Program Schedule
Perform periodic Risk Assessment on the Project/Program Schedules identifying potential risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
Establish and manage Program Resource Planning Matrix, identifying the month over month requirement for different resource types
Develop and manage Program Financial Tracking Tool capturing program financial usage over the life of the program
Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance, supporting career development and rewarding individual and team success
Cultivate a cross functional and international mindset that puts client best interest ahead of individual and business agendas
Accept and successfully execute change while supporting employees through the process, and keeping them focused on business priorities
