Senior/Marketing Manager – 2 roles
£38-52K plus excellent benefits
In this Senior/Marketing role you will be responsible for high profile campaign management and act as a portfolio lead, and therefore a key influencer, within the marketing communications function.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- To lead all advertising/marketing communications activity for all products from development of strategic approach to end to end campaign implementation ensuring consistent delivery of brand image and values.
- Lead and deliver integrated through line advertising/marketing communication formats (TV, broadcast, press, outdoor, radio,) to budget and on time
- To ensure overall cross-business integration between all advertising collateral (including online content and display actively as well as DM, network, internal communications) to maximise effectiveness within FSA regulations
- Development of customer product propositions and NPD.
- Rigorous focus on marketing return on investment to include completion of campaign evaluations and strategy and implementation refinement
Key skills required for this role:
- Background in financial services and/or agency is a requirement for this role.
- Proven track record of managing a number of key stakeholders ensuring buy-in on campaign projects whilst developing effective relationships to maximize the marketing opportunity.
- Must have stature, gravitas and confidence to gain credibility and respect of all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to interface with senior management and their teams.
- Strong B2C and B2B background with high level of experience of strategic planning and sophisticated approach to end to end campaign management across all marketing channels.
- Must be a dynamic member ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
