Senor Vice President
A leading international bank requires an experienced and skilled Oil and Gas banker. (Senior VP) The role will be both Relationship Management as well as Deal Origination and Execution with the individual expected to manage the credit process as well as the documentation. The bank are a top 5 lender globally and have relationships with all the super majors and provide a range of lending services. (Investment Grade, Project Finance, RCFs etc) They work on a global basis and execute deals in Houston, Singapore, Europe and Middle East. The position would give someone the responsibility some firms do not offer in terms of owning the deal from start to finish and working closely with CFO/CEO during the deal as well originating with both existing clients and new ones. You will need at least 5 and ideally close to 10 years in the market and will need to have strong credit and documentation skills and ideally from Oil and Gas but would look at someone from Natural Resources as well but need to know and understand debt and the credit process.
