Track and analyze site traffic to understand usage patterns; assessing competitive sites and content, as well as emerging internet technologies to continually inform the internet strategy and foresee new trends.

Ensure accuracy of data reported on website

Manage the strategy, programs, tactics, processes and results for Paid Search, Natural Search Optimization, online advertising and other vehicles.

Create and maintain a schedule for all online campaigns

Provide guidance for local search and online media needs

Work with the content manger to develop rich content for campaign landing pages, tiles and banners.

Coordinate the deployment of banners, landing pages and page tags

Determine the mix across vehicles as well as drive and scale online media day-to-day operations to maximize results.

Coordinate the execution of all online campaigns

Drive deliverables using industry standard web analytic tools to develop reports to monitor and report campaign activity (qualified lead generation, Cost per lead, Return on investment, Brand awareness, path through site, etc).

Develop and manage SEM/SEO annual plan and budget.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

A minimum of 3 5 years interactive marketing experience

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business

Ability to execute against plans and yield demonstrable results

Strong analytical and project management skills

Solid communications skills and ability to build working relations across all levels of an organization

Strong knowledge of Website production technologies, extensive contacts in the online space

Strong understanding of all facets of search marketing (paid placement and organic search engine optimization).

Past experience managing search and online media marketing budgets.

Proven knowledge of SEO best practices, and how search engines rank sites.

Experience reporting on SEO and measuring success.

Experience monitoring and reporting on paid search campaigns.

Experience with emerging and social media (blogs, social networks, mobile)

Experience with large dynamic Web sites

Experience with Web analytics and traffic reporting.

Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

Self motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various colleagues and vendors

Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Working knowledge of using a web site analytic tools (Google Analytics preferred)
