The Role
The Server Admin team associate will be primarily be responsible for the processes for hardware, Windows Operating System and applications installation. On a daily basis, responsible for the Server business-as-usual (BAU) maintenance and upgrade (hardware and patches), as well as Server data backup and restoration. Run regular health checks to ensure server performance and capability management is monitored. This position will also be responsible for reporting to management on any performance issues and provide support on any escalated Server-related issues.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Server Administration in financial services environment. He / she will also have:
- Solid hands-on experience on server hardware and patches, OS and applications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis experience on server hardware equipment
- Experience on server data back-up and restoration
- Experience on performance monitoring and capability management
