Playdom is seeking a talented server engineer to help build the next generation of social gaming platforms using common web service frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and PHP to scale a game experiences to millions in a matter of days. Our server engineers tackle some of the hardest challenges associated with game development in terms of providing a stable platform for client teams and providing the entire environment for games to run in. It requires great design skills to ensure clean design patterns and approaches can be used to produce a solid game server that can meet team demands.
