SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
REDDITCH
£14000-£15000pa
A fast growing print solutions provider located in Redditch are looking to recruit a Service Controller for their busy sales office.
Duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers.
* Ordering consumables
* Liaising with engineers and booking engineer callouts.
* Logging calls onto in-house system.
* Sourcing consumables
* Checking prices
* Ordering parts
* Assisting with stock control
* Raising purchase orders
* General administration.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner. You will have a bubbly personality, be organised, have a "can do" attitude, be self motivated and able to work in a busy, pressurised sales environment.
Full Training will be given for the successful candidate.
