Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Set up and simplify service business process with functional teams.
2. Initiate and follow up business strategy and program related.
3. Performance management on service sales force effectiveness.
4. Maintain and update service sales handbook, sales newsletter, on line test.
5. Issue handling on sales escalation center.
6. Set up, monitor and improve on service business systems, includes service epop, service web, salesforece.com and etc.
7. Strategic push and monitor booking progress from forecast to ePOP entry, till to order booked.
8. Transmit, train and test policies from headquarter to frontlines, for example, coordinates GCO board.
9. Build nice sales team atmosphere by good communication and regular mechanism.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above.2. Three years or more experience on professional post. Desired:1. Demonstrated proficiency with PC business applications (excel, word, power point and other software).2. Good at oral and written expression and presentation ability in Chinese and English.3. Excellent communication skills and sense of the data analysis.4. Demonstrated ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.5. Power of Imagination and initiation, preferred with more stirring activities while at university.6. Team player with professional and positive personal presence.7. Proactive, accurate, and detail oriented.8. Knowledge of GE systems and structures.
