The job role will include
-Speaking to customers and Engineers on the phone
-Processing all service requests - by phone and email
-Scheduling service visits
-Organising Installations and repairs
-Updating the database (CRM)
-All associated admin tasks

For you to be considered for this role evidence of the following is essential,
-dealing with customers by phone and email
-Organised engineers diary's
-Use of Microsoft Word, Excel -Office based administration experience
-Dealing with field based engineers
