Service Coordinator

SUMMARY
Established Light Commercial HVAC Service Company seeking a team member to join its operations team. 
Responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment in planning, scheduling, dispatching, controlling, maintaining client information, and directing activities of service small project operational resources. Responsible for status updates and communications with all parties involved for service work (office staff, customers, field technicians, vendors, etc).

Required Qualifications
• Prefer knowledge in servicing installing commercial HVAC equipment
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with national accounts a plus
• Strong computer skills required including proficiency in Outlook, Word Excel
• The ability to work within a professional fast paced environment, where you need to show initiative and be resourceful
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
