Job Description:

Service Coordinator needed to manage service staff and day-to-day operations of TOP electronics company!

Responsible for oversight of service department's associated technical staff day to day operations. Ensures prompt response to all customer and company-initiated service issues. Communicate effectively with internal technical staff and external customers.

What you'll be doing in this dynamic lead position:

1. Provide accurate, detailed and timely paperwork and reports to management
2. Manage day to day needs of service staff
3. Logistics support for manufacturer Return Material Authorizations and spare inventory
4. Schedule service dispatches for field repairs and preventive maintenance.
5. Monitors quality of service work performed at customer site to ensure the highest quality standards and safety
6. Responsible for dispensing manufacturer bulletins, manuals, safety practices, and technical information
7. Responsible for ensuring the working condition and ongoing maintenance of all test equipment, tools and company vehicles
8. Provides support to all levels of technical staff
9. Other duties as required or assigned by company management

Accountability:

The Coordinator will be accountable to the Service Manager. Secondary accountability will be to the other management team members, employees and customers of the company.

What you need for this position:

- 3+ years' experience working in the electronics field managing and scheduling a service staff for field repairs and preventive maintenance required.
- Experience monitoring quality of service for work performed at customer sites to ensure highest quality standards and safety
- 3+ years' in a logistics support role for manufacturer Return Material Authorization and spare inventory
- Must have experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people.
- 2-year Electronics Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent required
