Implementation Analyst

General Summary:Nashville-based position responsible for overseeing the implementation of company software products for clients in the healthcare industry by providing project management, education, support, assistance.Essential Job Functions:Implementation for new and existing client contracts with varying degrees of complexity including large-scale multi-facility accounts.Primary contact person during project for all products.Provides client education and training via telephone (voice web tools).Conducts onsite visits throughout the implementation to assess project status, assist in system build, and to provide education and support.Participates in client configuration steps to include administrative or clinical data mapping per pre-defined standardsPrepares and manages project plan and monitors timelines throughout the project.Coordinates between all team members to ensure successful implementation.Conducts weekly conference calls with sites and prepares status reports.Works with clients to troubleshoot system functionality issues.Analyzes data received from client/system to troubleshoot system problems/operation.Execute utilities and perform system checks for implementing sites.Performs detailed interface testing at each implementing site to ensure a complete and accurate interface. Responsible for learning and implementing new software updates and integrating latest software versions into current processes.Other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Project Management/leadership skillsKnowledge of presentation/teaching techniquesAdeptly skilled in public speakingKnowledge of effective customer relationsComputer literacyOrganizational and time management skillsManagement of multiple tasksAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional mannerStrong analytical abilityWorking knowledge of HL7 and SQL or clinical terminology/clinical background preferredAbility to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workersKnowledge of Microsoft Project softwareEducation and ExperienceBachelor degree required, preferably in computer or healthcare related field. A combination of experience and project management training and certification may be substituted for the degree. Minimum of two years experience in implementing and managing software implementations as an analyst or project manager.Up to 50% travel requirement associated with this position.
