Essential Job Functions
· Project management of new installation orders from Sales resulting in a high number of timely, error-free installations that product new revenue.
· Review service agreements, internal service orders, LOAs, and all applicable agreements to determine products to be installed, activities and timing of activities needed to complete installation of services that are both highly satisfactory to the Customer and produce profitable revenue for Tel West.
· Responsible for all customer, vendor, and Tel West internal personnel coordination and documentation from time of order receipt through to order sent to Billing.
· Responsible for resolution of conditions that put an order’s completion in jeopardy, including reconciling issues with the customer, vendor, Tel West’s leased transport vendors, and Tel West internal issues.
· Responsible with assisting Billing in reconciling customer disputes regarding installation credit requests.
· Maintain current status on all assigned order in order management system, including forecasted installation dates and jeopardy status.
· Document all customer/vendor/correspondence in order management system and customer files, including order verification, order scheduling, and order completion communication/emails.
· Provide assistance to other departments regarding post installation issues if requested.
Requirements
· Highly motivated individual with team player mentality, ability to manage high quantity of orders simultaneously with limited supervision.
· Prior experience in telecommunications service delivery/order management preferred.
· Must have 3+ years of prior telecommunication experience, preferably working with CLEC’s.
· Bachelor degree or higher preferred, but equivalent work experience may substitute.
· Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) experience required.
