Service Delivery Manager – APAC recruitment
Role Purpose
To deliver and oversee the service for client, with particular focus on the APAC region, managing client relationships, customer satisfaction and contractual SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for any service issues raised by the client, manage the relationship with the client’s key stakeholders including IT Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers and IT staff.
- Delivers Service Reports as agreed with the client.
- Liaise with Project Manager(s) Account Managers in delivering projects to the client and manging relationships.
- Responsible for liaising with Support team in Glasgow and third party subcontractor organisations.
- Assist/lead the troubleshooting/Problem Management for critical or long standing issues.
- Delivers the Service following ITIL based processes as appropriate to the customer’s framework.
Requirements:
- Proven capability and experience as a SDM, likely to have 4-7 years experience.
- Proven knowledge and exposure to contact centre operations and/or the contact centre industry, likely to have 4-7 years experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of contact centre infrastructure environments
- Solid exposure to technical support services.
- Previous matrix management and people management experience.
- Degree Qualified in a computer science or IT related subject
- ITIL Qualified
- Knowledge of Unified Communications technologies
