Embarking on the creation a Global Shared services function, this newly created role reports to the Global Head of HR Shared Services. This role is responsible for managing the service delivery aspects of HR Shared Services globally, including stakeholder engagement, monitoring of KPI’s and continuous improvement. With reach over more than 8,000 employees, this role will play a key part in designing and implementing a HR Shared services client engagement strategy to support the delivery of high quality, cost effective HR Shared Services to managers and employees. In addition you will:
- Establish and maintain senior stakeholder relationships globally.
- Proactive in bringing infrastructure and process improvements to the service delivery model.
- Partner with Regional HR Leadership team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Project manage and present request proposals to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the overall portfolio of ongoing Shared Services Centre projects.
- Oversee service level agreements and ensure quality management.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to lead, manage a budget, establish priorities and develop/implement successful training programs. In addition, you will be strong in the areas of program management, process transformation, service level measurement and management, and quality management. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships both globally and within the regional Lend Lease community, as well as your availability to work as part of a global team working pattern.
