Service Delivery Manager recruitment
As a Senior member of the team you will provide global support for the firm’s Prime Brokerage business, executing on functional change to fulfill requirements from internal business areas and external clients.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of systems responsible for transaction management, settlement clearing and client reporting across multiple asset classes and markets.
Upon joining the team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the service provided to the business using ITIL best practice across the service management disciplines including incident, problem, change, release, configuration, capacity, service level, vendor, availability IT service continuity management
- Being accountable for proactively learning the environment, acting as a Technical lead, developing their specialist knowledge of relevant systems as well as business products.
- Taking a leading role in managing the relationship with the business by working with senior business stakeholders to identify and address support requirements. Additionally, be responsible for maintaining relationships with related business areas and other IT teams to enable a consistent and efficient service
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrable experience as a support analyst working within an investment banking environment.
- The ability to calmly assess a problem and to analyse likely causes and possible solutions with an open mind, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Solid business knowledge, preferably Prime Brokerage or Securities Middle Office and Operations.
- Exposure to a client-facing role, dealing with business users up to Senior Management level.
- A constructive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to working towards successful outcomes for the team.
- Offshore vendor management experience.
