Service Delivery Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and operating a structured management process designed to manage the infrastructure services within the business

Roles Responsibilities:

-       Drive vendor performance by monitoring service delivery and performance vs. SLA

-       Monitor unit cost levels and trends of all services delivered

-       Work with service provider to deliver continuous improvement

-       Monitor incident management and ensure timely resolution

-       Provide Enterprise IT Service Management support for internal and external services; Run and maintain the assigned ITSM processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong in management of infrastructure-related disciplines and DC operations.

• Proven records in project leading.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

Experience:

• A minimum of 8-10 year experience in Infrastructure or Data Centre management in large computer environments

• Solid experience in vendor performance management techniques and tool sets

• Proven experience in “hands-on” management of infrastructure-related disciplines and Data Center operations

• Good knowledge of industry best practices

• Proven team building success in multi-cultural, multi-organizational environment
