Service Delivery Manager – Team Lead recruitment
The candidate should possess the following technical, functional and soft skills:
- Experience of leading an application support team as well as developers, preferably in an offshore setting
- Have the knowledge and business engagement skills to properly define a large SLA and possess the leadership to ensure delivery to a number of business functions
- Properly manage changes to applications in his / her area either from a project or change request
- Be able to manage mutliple vendors and ensure that their processes and procedures align to internal goals
- Have some functionla understanding of Finance and/or HR processes and business requirements
- Be able to properly articulate IT service delivery issues to non-technical end users, at a senior level
- Possess strong project and change management
- Technical understanding of ystems such as HFM, OBIEE, OAF and Basware would be a plus
- Previous experience of a large scale ERP system, preferably Oracle Financials 11.5.10 would be an advantage
