Service Delivery SME for Compliance and Internal Control applications required for my Energy Trading client in London.
Candidates will be required to deliver Business Outcomes and Incident and Problem Management for a portfolio comprising of large application solutions, including smaller but still critical applications.
Successful candidates must have:
- Worked with a range of technologies and key business functions in the Compliance and Internal Controls sector
- Worked with a range of technologies including Oracle, SQL, UNIX and XML
- Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management experience
- Subject Matter Expertise in Pricing
- ITIL Practioner qualification
