A large National manufacturing organisation who supply to a worldwide customer base have a position available for a motivated and flexible Service Desk Analyst to join their South East Brisbane office.
As an integral member of the Service Desk team you will be required to provide support to 1500+ users across multiple domains. As a result, you need to be confident managing fault processes and remain flexible and calm under pressure.
Technically you have demonstrated experience with Active Directory, MS server 2003, 2008 and are confident with both Win XP and 7. Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills as well as an understanding of the PC build process would be advantageous. Previous experience with Lotus Notes would also be highly desirable.
Your own transport is essential for this role as public transport is not available.
