This exciting and innovative workplace requires a driven and knowledgeable Service Desk Analyst to join the existing team of IT support professionals, based in the CBD head office.

Due to the implementation and migration of a new IT system, the Service Desk team is currently under increased pressure to deliver and provide solutions to general day to day IT issues.

As the successful candidate, your role will involve providing 1st and 2nd Level telephone and face to face support to a wide variety of users across a multi office environment.

Ideally you will have demonstrated commercial experience working in a fast-paced support environment on a Microsoft SOE including supporting users across Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange platforms. Experience working to strict SLA's in an ITIL environment would be highly regarded.
