Are you the go-to person when your friends and family need help with their computers? Do you enjoy working with people to help find solutions to their technical issues?  We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst and you could be the perfect fit! 

As a member of our Service Desk team you will provide timely and accurate Service Desk-based Tier III support to end users including installation, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, unified communications (telephony, voicemail, video, collaborative applications) as well as common enterprise software.  Provide 1st level support and incident handling for LAN/WAN, remote access, e- mail, and other IT applications and support user requests related to user account rights permissions, new account creation, directory maintenance.  You will provide effective incident and problem resolution using highly automated tools and knowledge base systems and maintain documentation of support activities and escalations and provides status updates to customers regarding problem tickets, initiating appropriate escalation as necessary.
