Service Desk Analyst urgently required in London on a contract basis
The role covers 1st line Technical support of a variety of applications Vista/Windows/XP/Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite to a multi national user base.
The ideal candidate will have recently provided 1st line Technical Remote support and will have excellent communications skills, be out-going, confident self-starter with a pro-active approach. You must be able to work in a team environment as well as working on your own with no supervision (strong problem solving skills). Technical Knowledge of Core Desktop Technologies: Windows XP, Windows 7, 2000; MS Office 2000 2003; MS Exchange 2003/ Outlook. A range of computing platforms, (desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs and mobile phones). Strong Incident Escalation management experience, following ITIL principles and ITIL v3 Foundation level qualified.
