About the Role:
- Provide first level support for customers experiencing IT issues
- Assign level 2 and 3 faults to field staff and escalate complex incidents as required
- Create/Alter/Delete Account Administration for several different client systems applications
- Working to achieve team wide service levels for IT incidents
- Accurate documentation of incidents reported to the IT Service Desk
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Commercial experience working in a busy IT Service Desk environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work through the incident with the end client
- Strong customer focus, investigation and problem solving skills is essential
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and previous exposure to personal computers, printers, scanners and business applications
