As the IT Support market gains traction the availability of contracts with leading blue chip organisations is beginning to open up within a number of industries. We are currently working for one of the world’s leading big four professional services practises, renowned as a market leading firm employing over 175,000 people globally. Being a large corporate environment this role offers excellent industry exposure alongside career progressive opportunities, ideal for a keen junior Helpdesk professional to prove themselves within a large company.
It is absolutely essential that the successful applicant holds clear and articulate verbal communication skill, excellent customer service skills and tertiary qualifications in IT. An immediate background in an IT Support role (end user or corporate) is also necessary, however many years working within such a role is not essential. What we are looking for is an IT Savvy professional with excellent customer service skills and the desire to progress their career with a large organisation.
This role will involve level one troubleshooting via email and over the phone, being the first point of contact for internal users within the organisation. This is supporting level 1 and 2 issues for generic Microsoft Enterprise technologies for internal users within the firm. This role is based in Sydney’s CBD, being a 3 month contract position paying $21.00 per hour + superannuation.
