Service Desk Coordinator. Permanent. German / English. Zurich area recruitment
You would be responsible for the IT team and coordinate the Support activities.
You will develop internal IT customer services attitude, coordinate support activities, and plan the daily job of the desk. You will also be involved in coaching activities towards the team regarding issues or incidents. Another part of your role will be to assure VIP service support, to prepare reports to IT Manager about your desk performance, and to manage communication about incidents on systems.
Last but not least, you will collaborate with business counterpart to ensure respect of the corporate guideline.
To be considered for such a challenging position, your CV must reflect the following skills and experiences:
- Min 5 years experience in IT Support
- Strong IT Knowledge (workstation, servers, network, Windows)
- Very good communication skills good organisational skills
- Team Management abilities negotiation spirit
- Capacity to deal with priorities
- Fluency in English and German
